- The need concerns the delivery of Periodicals both digitally and physically and the management of the Subscriptions thereof. The scope of this tender includes the physical and digital delivery of Periodicals and additional services: • Daily physical delivery of newspaper subscriptions, at DNB (both not in Consolidation); • Physical delivery to DNB of the other print Subscriptions, in Consolidation; • Digital access to (Subscriptions to) Periodicals via IP address recognition, based on personal accounts (eg based on Single Sign On (SSO)); • Making a web-based management system (WBB) available for administering and managing the Subscriptions.
