Term of Agreement
The Agreement has an initial term of two (2) years. The expected commencement date of the Agreement is May 1, 2024 and will end by operation of lawe on May 1, 2026 without extension. The contracting authority has the option to extend the Agreement twice for one (1) year under the same conditions. The total term can therefore be four (4) years.
