Introduction
This is the guideline regarding the European Tender Migration and Management. Sint Jozef Mavo intends to migrate its server for its school to a cloud environment.
The Contracting Authority
The St.-Jozefmavo (SJM) has been offering good education in their region for over 100 years.
The Accompanying Service
Verus will procedurally support the Contracting Authority in carrying out the tender.
Scope:
The requested Service consists of:
* Pro-active management and monitoring of online server environment (if still necessary for new infrastructure)
* Pro-active maintenancemasters and monitors of Microsoft365
* Workplace management for employees (permanent or flexible, including the connection of digital whiteboards and Peripherals) and students, setting up/maintaining/updating
* Service desk for ICT employees
* Functioning as a Single Point of Contact
* Network Management (LAN/WLAN)
* Behoud van Campuz365/Workspace365
