Tenders are invited for Esa Management System Certification Body 2024-2026 - Expro Plus The European Space Agency has implemented a quality management system - in compliance with the ISO 9001 Standard - with the aim of fostering a common quality culture across the organisation. Increasing accountability for satisfying the requirements of Programmes and Activities entrusted to ESA to the full satisfaction of customers and users as well as providing the means for continuous improvement of the effectiveness of the Agency's organisation and management practices, were the main motivation in this respect. Following a phased implementation plan, the Agency has obtained and maintained certification of all its directorates against the ISO 9001:2015 standard, and some business units have adopted EN9100 (Quality Management Systems - Requirements for Aviation, Space and Defence Organisations). Furthermore, the Agency has obtained certifications against the ISO 27001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and ISO 50001 standards in several areas. The scope of this procurement is to secure the services of a single registrar for all those management standards. The successful bidder shall provide ESA with the assurance that it continues to meet the requirements of the subject international standards and accreditation rules, also providing advice for the most efficient organisation of the implemented standards to gain efficiency and effectiveness of the Certification process.Read more
