Please note that this is not a call for tenders but a publication announcing the Contracting authority-s intention to publish a future negotiated low or middle value procedure. The subject of this call for tenders is the supply of services during the period 2024 to 2028 (four years) for Europe House in The Hague: - to set up and maintain an Environmental Legal Register and a Compliance Assessment Tool; - to assess environmental legal compliance; - to give expert advice on environmental management issues. The Commission is implementing the Eco-Management and Audit Scheme (EMAS) Regulation and has been EMAS registered since 2005, pursuing the objective to include in the EMAS registration its activities at all locations around Europe.
