Description:
It is anticipated that the International Criminal Court (ICC) located in The Hague, Netherlands, will shortly be issuing a solicitation for the provision of English Court Reporting Services. In connection with the above, the ICC is requesting expression of interest from qualified firms. Scope of work: English real-time text transcription and an electronic (MS Word) finalized copy of the transcript provided 2 hours after the conclusion of the day-s proceeding. English Court Reporting Services to cover 1 trial (4h30 of actual session per day). Requirement is linked to simultaneous trials. Anticipated initial duration: 4 months. Timetable: Linked to judicial calendar, sessions are from 9h30 to 16h00. The expected length of the assignment is an initial three (3) year period from 01 January 2024 until 31 December 2026, with the option to extend the contract twice (2x) for a period one (1) year [maximum duration 5 years] subject to performance of provider and ICC own plans regarding the English Court Reporting Services.
