- In the future, the municipality of Utrecht expects to make more and more use of the expertise of (advice) agencies that provide engineering services in the field of green. This concerns outsourcing work based on a result obligation (no hiring/ exercise obligation). The municipality of Utrecht has to deal with a high number of assignments in the field of green expertise, which transcends the capacity of its own staff. Green expertise includes the ability to advise and deliver written products (e.g. design drawings) in all areas within the category of greenery. The complexity of these assignments also increases, which also makes the municipality of Utrecht's sharing sharing between the market and the municipality important. The tender is split into two plots: • Plot 1: Engineering services Green (except Flora and Fauna Quickscans / Ecology) • Plot 2: Flora and Fauna Quickscans / Ecology.
