- The core of the assignment is to achieve an integral, realistic and feasible reference design, with a balanced, limited and controlled risk profile for both the client and the future contractor of the work (contractor). This reference design must be - based on an integrated contract - tendered, after which the contract is successfully tendered. The assignment broadly includes conducting conditioning investigations, the collection and honoring of customer requirements, working out a sketch design into an integral reference design, obtaining clients permits, preparing the contract for work, support for the tender and contract management during the realization and aftercare phase.
