Description: The objective for this project is: the real estate processes (in which a lot of unstructured content is processed and for which no specific process application exists) support better with a well-functioning IT solution, so that data quality and accessibility is increased. This is particularly visible because building entries (and other object files) contain all current specified documents for buildings (and other objects) on campus and employees must be able to trust that the information is good and quick and reliable. Working processes can be controlled with an Engineering DMS and can be better met the legislation applicable to TU / e.
The result of the project is to carry out all necessary work to contract, realize and implement one IT solution to support the processes that belong to real estate projects and management and maintenance work.
