Enger services is the term that the contracting authority uses to provide services to make audio and video recordings on location. Use is made of portable equipment that is operated by a team of two (2) people (cameraman / woman and sound technician). In appropriate cases, the operation is done by just one (1) person (only a cameraman / woman who also has knowledge of audio).
The contracting authority has the objective of concluding a framework agreement with a maximum of five (5) framework contractors that can provide for the aforementioned needs of the contracting authority. The intended commencement date of the framework agreements is 1 August 2021. This date is a target date. No rights can be derived.
