- The municipality of Utrecht has the ambition, following on from the current assignment until December 31, 2023, to reach another 7,500 residents in Utrecht in 2024 with low-threshold energy saving advice. The energy-saving advice consists of: an energy-saving conversation, an energy-saving advice (report), a box with energy-saving products and installation help.
In recent years, the executive organization in Utrecht has developed a differentiated offer that has proved effective in recruiting the target group. In this offer, a distinction is made between 'ordinary tenants' and thespecific target group of low-energy households. The municipality wants to build on this and expand from 2025 with a new variant, the so-called. saving advice for renovation.
