For the coming years, set up the Energieloket (digital platform with back office/helpdesk), with a focus on future-proof living, in collaboration with the Contracting Authority , brahonors and implements, thereby relieving owner-occupiers of ground-level homes during the entire customer journey. Is able to support/facilitate resident initiatives, projects or area approaches (hereinafter referred to as local initiatives) where desired, whereby the Energieloket implements actions (includingcollective purchasing) aimed at saving energy and making homes more sustainable (not an exclusive right; see section 2.2.).
