- The Contracting Authority is looking for a party that will set up, manage and implement the energy counter for the municipality of Zeewolde in the coming years. The energy counter consists of a digital platform with a back office/telephone helpdesk and a physical counter (housed in the public building at the time of tendering).are library) that must be staffed four half-days a week. This party provides the energy counter and carries out activities as needed (advisory discussions) and proactively to achieve energy goals in the municipalities. Where necessary, the party in question can also be contacted on a project basis through further assignmentsand enabled.
