- The assignment concerns a service in accordance with the Public Procurement Act 2012 and mainly includes the conclusion of an agreement for two plots: with the energy counter (parcel 1), the contracting authority wants to support residents accessible, independently and concretely by providing them with clear information, targeted advice and where possible direct referral to executive parties. With the use of resources from the NIP (plot 2), a collective approach is facilitated, aimed at insulating poorly insulated homes. We work with practical unburdening and attractive implementation conditions, so that participation for homeowners is both feasible and attractive. Both plots contribute to accelerating the energy transition and the realization of municipal sustainability goals, with extra attention for combating energy poverty and reducing housing costs.
