- Description:
- The municipality of Vlaardingen, hereinafter referred to as contracting authority, intends to order the advice on and delivery of various IT end user devices by means of a European public procedure and to conclude a framework agreement with two contractors for this. Further assignments within the Framework agreement is awarded through a mini competition with the two (2) contractors. Further assignments with an estimated value that is lower than € 10,000 (excluding VAT) can be ordered directly from one of the contractors via an order portal without a mini competition. Under End User Devices is in particular understood, but not exhaustive: • laptops; • tablets; • Monitors (with docking facility) • mobile devices; • printers; • Telecom accessories; • Other accessories and peripherals. The scope of the framework agreement to be spent includes: • Delivering hardware; • Handling repairs under and out of warranty; • Advising on purchase.
