Description: The Service Reporting Center picks up all facility reports that occur during the day. The SMP is a service desk that consists of SMP employees and two building managers. Together you look at the nature of the report and you will see how to solve it. You also work closely with the reception. You are also the ears and eyes within the building and you look from a facility glasses at how it travels and sail within the building. As an employee of the Service Fit point (SMP) you are responsible for adequate facility support for all our colleagues. At the counter on the first floor, via e -mail, intranet, planon (notification system) or the telephone, you process questions, complaints, wishes, malfunctions or orders. You tackle everything with both hands and ensure that your colleagues are helped well and link this back to them. This way you prepare rooms for meetings, prepare orders, help your new employees with their access pass, order new office supplies in time or check the cleaning rounds. So you have a lot of contact with other colleagues and suppliers. In addition, you also need to pick up reception services ....
