- The work to be contracted consists of a continuous presence of a clearing organization to clear spills (24 hours a day, 7 days a week) and, if the Port Authority is the client, to carry out a clearing. The aim of the clearance organization is to clean up the harbor after a spill orto keep an incident accessible as much as possible and to limit the direct and consequential damage.
