Description: In the current situation, part of the research groups, at the institutions, work with an ELN application implemented in 2016 (E-Notebook 2014 from Perkinelmer Informatics). In addition, we also work with other (simple) digital solutions and paper lab journals. Research data is often stored digitally on the university network, local hard drives or external storage media.
In the desired situation, all research groups and all researchers from the institutions work with a new ELN solution, which is linked to ELN-externe storage and data management solutions. The couplings between the ELN and the external environments are designed and arranged in such a way that the integrity of the links between the ELN solution and the ELN external data remains maximum guaranteed, even in the event of changes to physical storage locations and URLS.
