Description: The Utrecht Safety Region is looking for a party that can supply electromechanical keys systems and cylinder locks for fire branch. Within the catchment area of the VRU, approximately 5,000 buildings are equipped with a regional access system in the form of a key tube or vault. The assignment concerns in any case delivering 200 "smart" A keys (mother keys) to the VRU. With these A-keys, the VRU must be able to open all buildings in the region where a cylinder lock or electromechanical closing system is applied by the contractor.
The (likely) consequence of this assignment is that the pledgeers of a (large) number of locations in the Utrecht region will provide the Contractor to apply and deliver cylinder locks with associated keys at the location. The old cylinder locks are exchanged in new cylinder locks.
