- Description: In 2017, Stichting Koninklijke Kandalis (hereinafter Kentalis) has set up a European public procurement, which resulted in two framework agreements. A framework agreement has been concluded with Heutink Primary Education e.g. For textbooks and digital teaching methods and other learning resources for SO and VSO. The second framework agreement is closed with Van Dijk Education e.g. For schoolbooks, digital teaching methods for VSO. The latest legal extension option has been used, the framework agreements are therefore by operation of 11 November 2021. The preparations for a new European tender have started. However, three aspects that ensure that a European tender including implementation on 11 November 2021 is not considered to be considered. These are: because of a turbulent school year around the corona measures, the priorities of our employees were on passing through the lessons. As a result, this tender has not received sufficient priority.
