The Ministry of Defense needs educational and training services, partly because of an increased need for education and training within Defense, and a wider availability of budgets for education and training within Defense.
The National Academy for Financeancien, Economics and Business Management (hereinafter: Rafeb) is an independently operating division within the Ministry of Finance that specializes in education and training for central government employees. The Rafeb is experiencing growth with the expansion of the range to the entire national governmentd and new target groups, such as education for and supervision of government (procurement) trainees. That is why the Rafeb needs specialized services in the field of education and training, didactics and digital learning.
