Description:
Contracting one party that will provide the requested services. The requested service consists of providing and facilitating a Species Management Plan (SMP) for the municipality of Bernheze in accordance with the current guideline of the competent authority (province of North Brabant) and oincludes:
a. Carrying out the required ecological research within the contours of the specified plan area;
b. Drawing up and complete delivery of a Species Management Plan (SMP), including mitigation and compensation plan;
c. Submitting and applying for an area exemption for this typemanagement plan (SMP) with the competent authority for a period of 10 years;
d. Coordination and guidance to achieve an SMP exemption for the municipality of Bernheze. This also includes the organization of consultations with the province of North Brabant and the Brabant North Environmental Service during the entire period.opening time of the assignment;
e. Drawing up an implementation plan (IP) for the use phase of the SMP;
f. Drawing up a monitoring plan (MP) to track the conservation of animal species;
g. Annual monitoring based on the MP for a period of 10 years;
h. It youworking on and applying for the exemption application under the pre-SMP methodology, including the first phase compensation plan and the associated maternity facilities.
