Description: Within SBB, the HR, Finance and Control, Communication and Information and Technology departments carry out the business operations and make use of automated information systems for finance, HR, payroll, purchasing and contracts, time accounting and project administration. The purpose of this tender is to replace these information systems so that SBB can be optimally supported in the developments in the coming years. The service agreement to be concluded concerns the delivery, implementation, management and maintenance of a new integral Operational Management System, also known as ERP. Integrated standard SaaS application SBB conducted research in the first half of 2020 into the advantages and disadvantages of replacing the current applications through a ' best-of-breed ' solution or an integral ' all-in-one solution '.
