Description:
The municipality aims to enter into one (1) framework agreement with one (1) contractor for the duration of two (2) years with the option to extend twice (2x) the period of one (1) year for the delivery of flowers. The intended effective date of the framework agreement is July 1, 2025. The intended end dateOf the initial term of the framework agreement, 1 July 2027. The contractor must be able to deliver flowers that are ordered via the financial system and a link must be realized for this purpose. The flowers should be supplied as much as possible by a localEntrepreneur (within the municipality of the delivery address), so that the local middle class is involved as optimally as possible.
