Description: Noorderzijlvest Water Board has the need to start a purchasing process for a European tender which should result in new agreements for the purpose of delivering flexible labor. The current framework agreements expire in the first quarter of 2022. The tender has two plots, namely plot 1; Supporting and administrative staff + payroll and plot 2; Technical staff and green maintenance.
The functional bales 10 and higher for broadcasting and secondment are not part of this tender. For these job scales, Water Board Noorderzijlvest has a DAS (dynamic purchase system), which can be found at www.groningenhuurin.nl.
