Description: The municipality of Alkmaar has been working with Topdesk since 2015. TOPdesk is a business-critical application that is used throughout the organization and a number of interconnected companies. The units Facility and Data & Digitization (D & D) are the main users. This concerns 204 practitioners at D & D and Facility and 1600 users in the rest of the organization. A new contract must offer sufficient opportunities on both facility and IT area. In addition, there is a desire to apply the Common Ground Principles to new tenders. This means that we want to use as many national standards as possible for the dates and the design.
