Scope assignment/ agreement
The scope of this tender is a solution for all mutual connectivity between buildings and locations of RDW where A direct Dark-Fibre connection is not a solution. In addition, the solution offers a "marketplace" from which RDW direct services directly 3rd-party Providers (such as Microsoft Express Route) can purchase.
These connections are not part of this tender. The couplings between the primary data centers in Groningen also fall outside this tender and are released RDW taken.
Chosen procedure
The value of the present delivery is estimated at € 3,000,000 and thus exceeds the threshold amount of € 221,000 excluding VAT and therefore the European procurement regime, as referred to in Part 2 of the 2012 Procurement Act, applies. There is chosen For applying a European public tender.
