- The contractor must carry out the following activities annually (on the basis of a fixed price for the parts that are suitable for this purpose): Annual audit of the SVHW annual accounts (fixed price). Annually drawing up a management letter containing an interim evaluation of the internal operationsruling is included (fixed price). Audit of the annual accounts per Participant, whereby an audit report must be provided for each Participant (format is included with the tender documents). Natural advisory function, such as advice that results directly from audit findingsand/or are the result of the results of limitations of (draft) reports. Provide an explanation to the executive board twice a year about the management letter and the audit report.
