Description: The HR is now looking for an E-HRM facility that is able to build a bridge between the flexibility based on the product leadership organizational development strategy of the educational domain, and the Operational Excellence 'strategy targeted HR-practice. This requires O.I. To provide a facility:
• on the one hand strongly figure out strong workflow support and process control, with which users are supported in their work;
• On the other hand, it is capable of providing flexibility with variants in the HR process device and to connect more to specific characteristics of institutes.
HR asks himself whether, and how, both 'worlds' can come together in a newly selected E-HRM facility. HR has the ambition to select an E-HRM facility that, more than before, can grow and exercise with an organizational development and said transition.
