- Description:
- The assignment consists of supplying, setting up and managing an e-depot and pre-depot as SaaS for the benefit of the RHCe. In addition, within the assignment, the migration of all documents including associated metadata from the current e-depot is provided. Training to functional managers of theRCHe and making an Archive Portal available are also part of the assignment. There is no merged assignment
The agreement is effective October 1, 2023, with the start of implementation. The initial term starts after delivery of the e-depot and is fouryear, followed by five renewal options of two years each.
RESERVE BANK
After award, an agreement will be concluded with the two highest scoring bidders. The best-scoring tenderer is awarded the execution of the contract. The number two ranking of the rating takes plaats on the "spare bench". There is no financial compensation for this.
