• With this tender, the hiring of external parties from scale 9 (in accordance with the CAO municipalities) is put as a whole on the market to promote the legality and efficiency.
  Purpose of this tender is to conclude a new agreement with a party that is a dynamic purchase system (hereinafter::"DAS") will set up for the selection of suitable suppliers per hiring category.
  The most important principles are:
  - making a digital and user-friendly platform available (SaaS);
