Description: With the establishment of this DAS, the contracting authority intends to award contracts in a simple and quick manner. This DAS focuses on hiring staff for various purchasing processes.
The DCMR has been commissioned by the sixteen municipalities in and around the Rijnmond area and the province of South Holland to create a liveable and safe region for the people who live and work there.
The above describes the primary tasks of the DCMR. For the time being, the DAS for primary processes is being set up for the following categories:
1. licensing;
2. supervision & enforcement;
3. soil advice (*);
4. advice on noise, air, external safety, energy (*);
5. legal (*);
6. other environmental and policy advice (*).
