22102025, Correction: To ensure that the suitability requirement is proportional, verifiable and non-discriminatory, the Contracting Authority has decided to drop the core competency. Suitability is determined on the basis of recognition as a CBR recognized training institute CCVD1 and D2. This change has been implemented in the guidance, specifically paragraph 2.5.3. See the file "EA Driving Training Guidelines (CCV D1 and D2)_def_NvI_1". This concerns a substantial change within the meaning of Article 2.67 of the General Administrative Law Act 2012. The tender has therefore been corrected in TenderNed/Mercell and the associated deadlines will again be observed in accordance with the adjusted planning in Mercell. The assignment concerns the provision of driving training (CCVD1, D2 & armored). There is a need for additional driving instruction capacity that cannot be provided by the defense organization. The involvement of a market party is necessary. The current framework agreement has already expired, which is why the client wants to conclude a new framework agreement for this service. The aim of this European public tender is to conclude one framework agreement with one Contractor for the performance of services. For a detailed description of the assignment, reference is made to the Schedule of Requirements as included in Appendix 3 hereof Tender guidelines.
