- The municipality intends to conclude a framework agreement with one (1) supplier for draining oil, water and sludge. The supplier serves the sludge gutter and the sludge and oil separator of the car wash on Duinkerkstraat 45 in Groningen and Van Maerlantlaan 1 in Haren on the basis of frequency to empty the three weeks, so that an extension buffer can also be built up. The neighborhood teams will have to be emptied based on call. The supplier must also perform the maintenance and inspection of and wells and gutters periodically.
