Description:
The agreement consists of transporting (from two locations within the municipality of Vught) and then the processing of the green and leaf waste offered into (inspection) compost. This makes this circular and can therefore be reused. The assignment is not merged, it concerns one functional and coherent whole. The size of the assignment is so that the full assignment for a specialized company is easy to implement. For this reason, it is not necessary to divide the work into plots. If the work were split, more coordination is necessary. This brings Extra activities and therefore more inefficiency and therefore more costs. If coordination is not optimal, this can lead to a delay and therefore extra nuisance for stakeholders (the residents). The municipality will therefore be responsible for planning and coordination of the implementation. Because all this is not in the interest of the municipality, the assignment is not divided into plots. The agreement is entered into for the initial period of two years, with the possibility of extending the agreement twice in mutual consultation for a period of one each time year. The commencement date of the agreement is January 1, 2026.
