Description:
This tender aims to enter into a partnership with several suppliers who want to offer, train and guide young talent for a secondment period with the intention that the candidate will then enter into employment with the province of South Holland. With this tenderthe Contracting Authority aims to achieve the following objectives:
Presenting the province as an employer attractively to relevant young talent.
Scouting relevant young talent in the appropriate places.
Deploying young talent in IPM roles, whereby training is fully integrated and supervision is partlyoutsourced.
After the hiring period the candidate can be employed free of charge.
P1 Project Manager, Environment Manager, Technical Manager and Contract Manager (maximum 1 contractor)
P2 Manager Project Management (maximum 2 contractors)
Entrepreneurs can register for both lots.A Tenderer may be awarded both lots tendered for.
