The aim of this tender is to enter into a partnership with several suppliers who want to offer young talent, train and guide young talent for a secondment period with the intention that the candidate will then enter into employment with the province of Zuidholland. With this tender, the contracting authority aims to achieve the following objectives: the province as an employer attractively presenting to relevant young talent. Scouting relevant young talent in the appropriate places. Betting young talent in IPMOLS, where training is partly outsourced in whole and guidance. Being able to hire the candidate free of charge after the hiring period. P1 Project Manager, Environment Manager, Technical Manager and Contract Manager (Maximum 1 Contractor) P2 Manager Project Management (maximum 2 contractors) Entrepreneurs can register on both plots.
