Hbh OGGZ and -BS (Household Assistance for the Public Mental Health Care target group and Special Cleaning) are Wmo facilities for which the municipality is responsible. The OGGZ target group concerns Amsterdam residents with psychological disabilities and/or addiction who are specialists due to their behaviorneed help with housework. In some cases, Amsterdam residents from this target group need a Special Cleaning: this is a one-off action that usually lasts three days, during which an overcrowded house is cleared or an extremely dirty house is cleaned.
