- Objectives of the tender:
Obtaining disposables that meet our requirements and wishes and are common in daily practice, whereby the quality of the disposables is at least equal to the quality standard used by professionals;
agreeing on fast delivery timesin connection with the progress of education and preventing the maintenance of large stocks;
concluding a lawful Agreement;
concluding an Agreement with clear quality agreements;
concluding an Agreement with sufficient flexibility to purchase more / lessto be taken if the situation requires it (think of a move or a significant change in student numbers).
The purchasing objective is to arrive at one Framework Agreement for a maximum period of 4 years (this includes option years). The initial term will be 2 years, with moequality to renew once for 2 years.
