Description: The assignment aims to modernize the central core of the IT infrastructure (the physical server and virtual servers). Replacing the physical server by a cloud solution is explicitly considered. Herein, the client has the emphatic requirement that it has at all times on the applications installed on the (virtual) servers.
In addition, the client wants to remain a high level of 'in control' about its IT facilities. This means that client must be able to determine how and when maintenance can be committed to her application landscape. The other party can of course be supported here, at the request of the client.
It is possible that additional services are invested at the other party during the contract period. This is the service that is now carried out by the client itself, or by other third parties, and can be counted among the central IT facilities of the client.
