- Delivering valid and reliable digital psychological tests in a web portal, questionnaires and instruments for selection, mobility and transfer (career/talent development). The psychological tests and questionnaires that are not in -house are offered in the web portal through Application Programming Interfaces (API). The web portal is the (work) environment of both candidates who fill in tests and/or questionnaires and of the staff of DJI that the results of the results have been seen. The portal is flexibly furnished with different (work) environments for DJI staff and with different compositions of testing, questionnaires and other instruments for candidates.
