- Providing valid and reliable digital psychological tests, questionnaires and instruments in a web portal for selection, mobility and advancement (career/talent development). The psychological tests and questionnaires that are not in-house are administered using Application Programming Interfaces (API) offered in the web portal.
The web portal is the (working) environment of both candidates who complete tests and/or questionnaires and of the DJI staff who view the reporting of the results. The portal is designed flexibly with different (work) environmentsevents for DJI personnel and with various compositions of tests, questionnaires and other instruments for candidates.
