• Description:
• The Client of the assignment is the Contracting Authority. The assignment concerns the purchase of digital boards and their maintenance for the Prisma Almere Foundation in Almere.
  With the new services for Digibords, the Contracting Authority aims to:
  -To become the Prisma Almere Foundation in a general sense relieves;
  -To offer a high-quality solution that leads to a high degree of satisfaction of users and the management organization;
  -Implement innovations that fit a modern way of working;
  -Comply with laws and regulations regarding information security (IBP standards framework).
  The services for digital whiteboards consist of supplying:
  -Dismantling existing AV solutions and removing materials at the request of the client.
  -Delivery, assembly and installation of 72 new digital boards;
  -Moving existing digital boards within or between locations;
  -All necessary connection materials and cabling;
  -Service, maintenance and warranty processing on all supplied signs;
  -Advice on design and use of the signs in specific areas.
