Procedure Procurement through the European/National public procedure in accordance with the (amended) Procurement Act 2012. Client The client for this tender is the Municipality of Breda. For more information about the Municipality of Breda, please refer to the municipality's website: Opdracht De The municipality of Breda is looking for a partner who can carry out social medical research for us to objectively determine the feasibility of work or participation. Purpose The purpose of this tender is to conclude a framework agreement for the provision of these services with a term of two (2) years with a starting date of January 15, 2026 and two extension options of one (1) year each. Maximum contract value The maximum contract value in the context of this framework agreement is set at € 450,000, considered over the term of the agreement, including extension options. At No rights can be derived from the stated amount. If the maximum order value is exceeded during the term of the framework agreement, the framework agreement will be terminated (earlier).
