- The objective of the process is to make as many homes as possible more sustainable by means of (heat) insulation measures against the background of energy and heat transition. In the search for helping the resident with energy saving from the energy transition, a number of municipalities have come up with heat insulation (hereinafter shortness: "insulation") of homes. For this, the De Groene Zone Insulate project started (hereinafter: DGZI). The process is only intended for private owner residents with the exception of VVEs or private landlords. The home of the private owner, has a year of construction from before the year 2000. ADs are looking for one service provider with one administration that can serve all residents and provide energy advice. The work can be carried out by the SP itself or by local parties that have been hooked.
