- The assignment concerns the delivery of iChardware in the form of devices with iOS and accessories with accompanying guarantee and services. Services in any case mean: • All devices: recording hardware in Apple School Manager. • All hardware: delivery at the location desired by the client. • All devices: per order a digital overview with the specifications per product. • All devices: handling notifications, such as complaints, warranty and repairs of the delivered devices. • Tablets with iOS: the device with a tempered screen protector and kidscover for students. The choice for devices with iOS has been made both educational and managed. The current installed base consists of only devices with iOS. OG wishes to maintain this situation. The purpose of the assignment is to realize an effective and lawful supply channel for ICThardware in the form of Apple Hardware and Apple accessories for OG.
