Description:
On the new Houkepoort residential island, located east of the center of Sneek, there is room for the development of six water homes centrally in the Havenkom. The municipality owns the water plot with land and a residential tower with 15 apartments would first be realized here. Various causes have led to this realization not being established. The municipality now intends to contract a project developer or construction company (hereinafter: "Developer") who takes over the building plots in ownership and realizes six water homes and associated scaffolding and storage rooms that meet pre -set conditions.
