- The assignment is divided into 2 lots.
1)Setting up and executing a recruitment and selection process for a minimum of 15 and a maximum of 30 lateral entrants in the spatial domain. Suitable candidates have several years of work experience, HBO/WO work and thinking level and have the potential to developn in a new field.
2) Develop and implement a development process for selected candidates, whereby selected candidates receive sufficient additional training in one year for the knowledge, context and competences that are required for a policy officer in spatial planningdomein.
