- The tender procedure concerns the leasehold issue of land for the redevelopment of the former educational location in Amby, the realization, management and maintenance of twenty-eight (28) and forty (40) affordable single-person care units for the shelter of homeless people. inhabitants. All this in a green setting on a plot of approximately 6,314 m2.
The leasehold issue of land for the redevelopment of the location, the realization, management and maintenance of the affordable care units takes place in two (2) phases:
Phase 1 concerns twenty-eight (28) healthcare units, for which approximately 4,420 m2 will be issued in leasehold (commissioning from 1 January 2028).
Phase 2 concerns the twelve (12) care units, for which approximately 1,894 m2 will be issued in leasehold (NTB whether the need for more care units is necessary to prevent vacancy).
The contracting authority owns the land and acts as issuing party.
