Description:
On 25 September 2024, the municipality of Almelo decided to designate the northern part of the Schelfhorstdwarsweg in Almelo as an intended location for the temporary housing of Ukrainians. The intended place has emerged as a preferred location, partly because the position largely ownedIs from the municipality and has the right size and access for this task. In the meantime, this location has been worked out in outline for the temporary care of around 450 people. This location comes instead of the current, to be terminated shelter in Huize Alexandra and De Banier. The municipality of Almelo is taking placeFrom the ownership of the reception task as a cart -stretcher in this development. The plans initially give substance to the necessary reception, but then contribute to the large housing assignment. After termination of the temporary reception location, the draft homes ormoved, or converted to permanent buildings and offered for sale.
